Pankauski Hauser Lazarus PLLC, a boutique law office in downtown West Palm Beach, seeks a full-time litigation paralegal with 2-5 years of experience to join their supportive and friendly team. Responsibilities include filing and serving court documents (state and federal), calculating and docketing deadlines, preparing initial discovery and responses, scheduling hearings, assisting with hearing and trial preparation, and coordinating with clients, other counsel, and judicial staff. The firm’s primary areas of practice are probate, trust, and estate litigation, and appeals. Probate and trust experience is helpful, but not required, as long as there is a willingness to learn.
