Event Policies

For special events and luncheons, our organization is responsible for payment for the number of registrants that indicate to us are attending regardless of whether they have prepaid or actually attend the event. Therefore, please note the following policies for our events. 

• Our events are for attorneys, judges, annual sponsors and sponsors for the individual event. If you are interested in sponsoring a particular event, please send an email to the Association at pbchba@gmail.com 
•  Prepayment for events is required no later than 5 days before the event. No refunds will be given after that date. 
• IF space is available on the date of the event, walk-ins will be charged an additional $10. However, please note that walk-ins are not guaranteed for luncheons and other special events.
